Vallejo Weathering Effects - Black Thick Mud (40ml)

Nicely gritty, but not too messy texture paint perfect for miniature basing and weathinging for miniatures. Average drying time for a texture paint, easy to work with.

I've seen a few reviews of the Vallejo Texture Pastes/Weathering Effects, and wanted to try them out for myself. I was looking for a cheaper option than the Citadel line, and these fit that description. It was easy to place using a sculpting tool, dried like it was supposed to, and was sturdy enough to withstand a stiff drybrushing, I don't have the patience or desire to make my own texture pastes, and these are perfect. It looked like wet mud when it dried. You can add a gloss varnish to help highlight the effect but it looks great on it's own.
