Tracking Packages

You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order is ready and a shipping label has been created. It might take up to a full business day for the tracking to update.

Lost Packages

We do take responsibility if a package is lost in transit. However once packages are marked as delivered we consider our job done. If you are in a risky area in term of package theft and want to ensure safe delivery of your package please reach us before making a purchase and we can make sure we offer a safer delivery method with signature on delivery.

If packages are lost in transit, we will work with the mail carrier to locate the package. This can take a couple of weeks but is often successful. Please be patient with us.

Preorders

We do offer preorders on several items, often with large discounts. All preorders are for brand new sealed items.

If an order contains preorder items, we will ship the order when all the items are available.

By placing a preorder with Over the Brick, you agree to the following preorder policy:

  1. Payment will be captured on the day the order is placed.
  2. Preorders have an expected manufacturer's release date. This date is not contractual and is provided as our best estimate for when the items will ship.
  3. Preorder cancellation is only accepted when it is at least one week before the expected release date and will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee. Preorder cancellations will not be accepted if the release date is seven (7) days away or less. 
  4. Preorder sales are final and cannot be returned or refunded. 

If a sealed product contains missing or damaged parts, you will have to contact the manufacturer to correct the problem. If you need help finding the contact information for the manufacturer, you may call or email us at support@overthebrick.com and we will be happy to assist you.

Returns

All returns require approval. Please email support@overthebrick.com before sending back merchandise.

We will accept returns on unopened products within 30 days of delivery except for preorders that are final.

We do not cover shipping costs on returns and will not reimburse the original shipping cost.

Refunds

Refunds are issued once all items are received and inspected.

Refunds will be subject to a restocking fee of 5%. This applies both for returns and order cancellation.

Any Reward Points that were used to apply a discount for the original purchase will be forfeited when items are returned. Returned purchases that originally qualified for Rewards Points will have those Reward Points also returned and negated from their account. See more about the Rewards Program in the next section.

Rewards Program

Keep shopping and engaging with us to earn discounts toward future purchases. Every 1000 points can be redeemed to receive $1 off your final purchase total.

Ways to Earn:

  • Place an order and earn 25 points for every $1
  • Write a product review (500 points)
  • Celebrate your birthday (2000 points)
  • Like us on Facebook (50 points) 

Manage your Rewards now.

A reminder that any Reward Points that were used to receive a discount on the original purchase will be forfeited, if items are returned. Returned purchases that originally qualified for Rewards Points will have those Reward Points returned and negated from their account. 

On high traffic shopping days, please allow up to 48 hours for awarded points to show in your account.

This Rewards Program is provided by Over the Brick and its terms may change at any time without notice. Points earned and redeemed may be subject to certain exclusions or conditions, and may change based on store promotions (such as double or triple points days), new release specials, or other conditions as identified by Over the Brick. Offer is exclusive to Over the Brick members who are enrolled in the Rewards Program.

We reserve the right to exclude users from the program for any reason including abusing the rewards system with actions like

  • Posting fake reviews
  • Creating multiple accounts
  • Creating fake referrals
  • Etc.

Tax Exemption

If you want to claim tax exemption, please email support@overthebrick.com with a copy of the supporting documents before you make your purchase. We will not be able to apply the exemption retroactively.
