Refund policy

Returns

All returns require approval. Please email support@overthebrick.com before sending back merchandise.

We will accept returns on unopened products within 30 days of delivery except for pre-orders that are final.

We do not cover shipping costs on returns and will not reimburse the original shipping cost.

Refunds are issued once the items are received and inspected.

Refunds

Refunds will be subject to a restocking fee of 5%. This applies both for returns and order cancellation.

Preorder cancellation will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee. Cancellation will not be accepted once we are less than 10 days from the release date as items will already be purchased and in many case already packed and ready to be shipped.

Products we sell are brand new/factory sealed.  Minor imperfections in shrink wrap and product packaging may occur and do not qualify for a replacement.
