Shipping policy

Shipping Information

Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following Monday. We reserve the right to request signature on delivery. Our warehouse is located in Kirkland, Washington and transit time varies based on destination.

We are not responsible for packages lost once they have been marked as delivered. If you want to make sure your package is not miss-placed or stolen please reach out ahead of placing your order and we can (for a fee) require a signature on delivery with ID verification.

We do not ship to P.O Boxes

Transit Companies

We utilize FedEx, UPS, and USPS as our shipping carriers.

Transit Times

Time vary based on destination and shipping method chosen.

Economy shipping takes between 2-9 days in the Continental US

Standard shipping takes between 2-5 days in the Continental US

Note that transit time are not guaranteed by our carriers (USPS, UPS, and FedEx) and we are not responsible for any transit delays. We do our part and process orders within 1 business day or less.

Handling Time

Based on the size of the order handling time can vary. Most order placed before 1 pm PST will be handled on the same day.

Free Shipping

Orders of $75+ and shipping to the 48 contiguous United States or United States Military addresses (APOs & FPOs) qualify for free shipping.

We will use the cheapest method available and transit time are similar to our Economy Shipping option.

Hazardous Products

Items like varnishes or spray cans need to be shipped safely following regulations. We will use UPS ground to ship them and will use the actual rate to your location. Transit time are similar to our Economy Shipping option

Tracking Information

Tracking numbers will be available within 24 hours from the time of shipment. Account holders can view their tracking number from the customer account page.

Preorders

Orders containing a preorder items will ship when all the items are available. 

At our discretion we might ship partial orders.

Lost Packages

We take responsibility of packages lost in transit and will make our best to remedy any situations.

However, we do not take responsibility once package are marked as delivered by the mail carrier. If this situation where to happen we will help you try to locate the package but we will not be able to provide any compensation if the package cannot be located. If you leave in an area prone to mail theft please reach out to us before making an order. 

We do not take responsibility for any damage caused after the package was delivered. 

We do not take responsibility if the address provided is a forwarding service. Use a forwarding service at your own risk.
