Avante Art Kolinsky Plus #3

A natural Kolinsky hair brush with a narrower belly and a fine, stiff point, these brushes have a nickel colored ferrule and matte finished black standard sized handle.
Overall this line of brushes are sized smaller than the Avante Art “Lux” brushes, owing to their narrower belly. The sizing difference is noticeable, but the brush still holds an acceptable amount of paint and the tip does not have issues drying out during use.
The fine tips of these brushes are stiff and make for excellent detail work. These brushes are ideal for anyone who works with a stiff, tightly bristled brush, and they will perform small fine lining tasks such as stippling, cross-hatching, and edge highlighting well.
With regular maintenance: thorough rinsing between colors and regular application of a good brush soap these high quality brushes will maintain their performance to a high level over a long time.
